I need to get rid of my 2N Ford tractor, Im guilty of having too much stuff.

No, you didn't... If it was built in 1946 it wa either a 9N or a 2N. They started building 8N's in 1948 hence the name. 9N's in 1939, 2N's in 1942, although I think they also continued to make 9N's until the 8N came out in 1948. The 2N was a gimmick so Henry Ford could build more tractors during WW2.

I have a 1948 8N and spent years researching their history... :flipoff2:

Thanks for the info, my Dad bought it when I was 5, I thought he had told me it was a ‘46, guess I will have to do a little research on the tractor to see what year it actually is.
 

Putting the cut off text aside, imagine how mundane the "Mile High Club" status must be for these 2 by now.

I'm reminded of my dummy liberal college roommate- a couple years ago he was parroting some MotherJones BS at me that gun ownership wasn't common in the Colonies, and the 2nd wasn't individual. :homer: I schooled him, he admitted he was wrong.
