What's new

Local to you gas prices.

That was my guess, but they aren't labeling it. 91 would have to be e25 if 87 were e5 to make e15 out of 87.
they didn't have other pumps doing e85?

there was some way they were gonna set up the station I worked at to carry all sorts of shit with only three tanks
iirc one tank was e85, one was non-oxy 82 and the other was non-oxy 91?
somehow that worked out to like five different things when blended right

Jizz n Split. I do believe they have an e85 tank (never get e85, so don't pay attention to it). Those don't get plumbed to dispensers that aren't fitted with e85 nozzles. On a blender dispenser (one hose/nozzle for all standard gas grades), the low octane and high octane are mixed by opening the valves of each to flow proportionally.

dunno man, this was three physical tanks in the ground and pumps for a bunch of different shit
the e85 was definitely getting blended into the 87 88 and 89, I don't recall if they were gonna have e10 91 as well as the nonoxy 91, but they were gonna have e85 too
the mixer pumps around here seem to usually have four nozzles and hoses, see them at the kwik-trip and minnoco mostly
one for the e10 stuff, one for the e-15 "88" one for the e85 and one for the nonoxy 91

My local has been $4.55 for the cheap stuff. 30 mins away(down the hill) it has stalled at $4.15 for the last month or so. I try to make up excuses to trip link down the hill so I can fill up there. I also bring two cans to fill.

What's strange as well is that the further into the middle of Springfield I go, the cheaper the gas gets. I saw $2.89 the other day at a couple places. Slightly less even further in to town.

Bet whomever changed prices messed up the 89 price the other day. That actually happens often.

Made the mistake of filling up with 91 at the 1 pump station, ran like shit till I dumped a bottle of dry gas in.

4.59 a gal

I filled my tank in the AM at $4.55/gal for the cheap stuff at my local station. While filling, the fill truck was there. That afternoon gas was at $4.75.

Last I looked at price down the hill, it was $4.15/gal:shaking: Still not cheap enough for me to waste 30 miles round trip plus 40mins each way just for gas and I've got no reason to head there.

At least I get a free cup of coffee when I fill local:homer:

2.45 on the sign today

Closer to $5 for road diesel here.
road and red are pretty close to the same price here
road tax is 28? cents
sales tax is 25 cents

you can get heating oil delivered untaxed, but delivery fees eat up the difference and then some

Looks like road tax is .454 a gallon.

sales tax isn't much more than mine either, so your break-even is probably up around like 6 dollars a gallon before either tax applied

I'm kinda surprised they haven't raised the road tax yet, here. Fucking communist fuck fucks

Prices are a high(er) in my area. If you drove down the roads here you would know none of the road taxes go to the roads.
