Hello, I'm Brazilian and I have a project for a Grand Cherokee.
Do you have or know anyone who can reverse engineer the 4.0 I6 jeep cherokee engine block?

Brazilian import tariffs are insanely high, I'm guessing they want to make blocks in country because importing replacements is prohibitively expensive.

Process that comes to mind
3-d scan a block to a solid file , 3-d print the reverse mold , and cast .
or are you going billet aluminum?

I dunno, the XJ market in South America was pretty big. If the OP has manufacturing ability already it might be worth producing blocks locally.
