Need room to build horse stables. I have two very nice Ward La France pony tractors from the 1940s.
Ward LaFrance was a division of American La France, the famous fire truck builder.

These two little trucks have a striking resemblance to the early low hood Kenworth , Fageol or Peterbilt trucks of the late 1930s and early 1940s and would be perfect for someone wishing to fab-up a miniature W925 KW, 351 Peterbuilt , or actual Ward La France , rat rod / hot rod to cruise around in.

The Ward La France cab is about 20% smaller than the narrow nose Pete or KW cab which would be ideal for someone wanting to retrofit the cab body onto a one ton Ford , Chevy or Dodge 4x4 diesel chassis.

The gasoline engines ( Chrome Moly - brand , I think ) and most of the running gear in these two trucks are junk but both cabs, frames and bodies are remarkably well preserved for their vintage and very well built. Someone could build a very unique cruiser with the combination of these two trucks and have spare parts left over. Must take both trucks – no title with either and you must haul.

***The Ward LaFrance Truck Corporation was an American manufacturer of trucks and fire apparatus founded by Addison Ward LaFrance in 1916 in Elmira Heights, NY.[1] The company ceased operations in 1979.

LaFrance was a relative of the founder of the similarly named fire apparatus manufacturer American LaFrance.[2]

Ward LaFrance built tank wreckers for the US military, vans for United Parcel Service, over the road tractors, cement trucks, dump trucks, chassis for buses and trolleys, and armored cars.

Perhaps the best known Ward LaFrance product was the P-80 "Ambassador" model of pumper, one of which was donated as product placement by the company to be used as the fictional Los Angeles County Fire Department Engine 51 on the 1970s television program Emergency! ***

"That's not an overlander, THIS is an overlander!"

What's the motor access like?
You'd have about as much access as a van. Pull the doghouse and work on it inside the motorhome. For 4k it looks really clean. Especially if it all works. If it's just an intake leak, easy fix.

If it's just an intake yes. But have a weird hunch about the plastic coated timing gears. Not sure what years FE blocks used those pos gears.
