Nobody with a brain actually thinks that someone who's too lazy to do basic diag work has the motivation to cut up a machine like that."fixin to cut er up fer scrap, hurr dur".
There's easily half a dozen people here who, per their own word in the other CL threads, behave exactly like this guy.And I see why its still for sale a week later
Yep....a little too big. A 450 with be ideal.
You won't even hear it run when you're driving. My Wanderlodge with a 6v92 has basically a straight pipe and you can't hear it unless you have the windows open. I love to open the windows :)Log into Facebook

Why am I drawn to these, I know that Detroit in the rear will just scream at me endlessly.

A 6v92 is going to not be fun with a big trailer and 2 rigs but the chassis will handle it without issue. An 8v would do much better. I have been all over the country and through the mountains at about 42,000 lbs all-in with my 6v and she's slow going. 35mph up Monarch pass in Colorado WOT, but you'll get used to watching the scenery go by...What could one of these pull? 2 rigs?
The kind of grades that make you want a boat throttle.A 6v92 is going to not be fun with a big trailer and 2 rigs but the chassis will handle it without issue. An 8v would do much better. Cruise control works at 35 :)The kind of grades that make you want a boat throttle.
I hope you don't drive it like a Cattle trucker that never makes any effort to let vehicles that can go closer to a normal speed by when there isn't a passing lane.A 6v92 is going to not be fun with a big trailer and 2 rigs but the chassis will handle it without issue.
