I agree not a fan of his billet knuckles. I would like to build the knuckles and beam ends with something like spidertrax C and knuckles but that's too rich for my budget blood so I'll do the old R&D and make them look similar design

Take a super 60, lop off the P side and put a bearing on it. Instant beam.

I built mine to use the Trail Gear SD60 knuckles...couple pieces of 1.25" solid stock and an adjustable reamer for the ball joint bushings. Yes, D60 outers with Spidertrax Ultimate unit bearings with a Dana 35 center 🙃
