Fresh thread on Election Fraud and Legal action

The problem is I do not see how you could actually remove the current POTUS, even if with overwhelming proof there was fraud, including admissions by people involved (obviously Joetato isn't going to admit it, hell, he probably doesn't know it happened, or forgot it happened), as there would still be a significant portion of the population who would refuse to believe it and would burn everything.

It should make an interesting chapter in future history books though.

nothing worthwhile is ever easy?
unfortunately, if We the People conclude that it's illegitimate and We the People do nothing, then all elections rightfully should be decided by the elite.

Oh no, I agree with you. I just don't see how you could do it without tearing the country apart, perhaps killing millions in the process, and likely handing global dominance to Chirussia. That doesn't mean you shouldn't do it.

The above comment is not statement that the election was illegitimate, but rather an "if" statement.

You can't. The Founding Fathers were willing to risk everything, including the country, if we aren't willing to do the same then we have no chance of success.

Jesus Christ these people opposed to it say it makes it hard for people to vote. You have like 15 ways as it is…. Holy fuck how lazy can we get

4 voted based on feelings and not the legal requirements.

That is jacked

A result of the 2000 mules movie...

YUMA COUNTY - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that Guillermina Fuentes of San Luis pleaded guilty on Thursday to one count of Ballot Abuse, a Class 6 Felony, for her role in an August 2020 Primary Election "ballot harvesting" scheme where early ballots from other voters were collected and deposited into a ballot box on primary Election Day.

In December 2020, Fuentes and Alma Juarez, also of San Luis, were both indicted for 1 count each of Ballot Abuse, also known as “ballot harvesting.” In March 2022, Juarez entered a guilty plea to Ballot Abuse.

Arizona law only provides for a family member, household member, or caregiver of the voter to collect voted or unvoted early ballots from another person. Under Arizona law ballot harvesting is a class 6 felony.

Fuentes admitted that she "knowingly collect[ed] ballots from another person, and those early ballots belonged to individuals for whom I am not a family member, household member, or caregiver." Fuentes further admitted that the early ballots were later provided to Alma Juarez.

Fuentes is scheduled to be back in court for sentencing on June 30, 2022.

Juarez is scheduled to be sentenced on June 16, 2022.

This investigation was conducted by the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Special Investigations Section, Election Integrity Unit and the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.

Assistant Attorney General Todd Lawson is prosecuting this case.

Fuentes' sentencing agreement is available here.

So, for all the naysayers on ballot harvesting? Where ya at?

It's a baby step in the right direction, but the charges here are a joke. You're never going to get people to flip on those higher up the chain by threatening them with a class 6 felony. Serve a few months of probation to complete your "sentence" and even a semi-decent attorney will get it reduced to a misdemeanor.

Of course... and nothing is going to change what happened. Pretty much all of us are reserved to watch it all sink.

Just curious about the people who said there was no "widespread" voter fraud.

you missed the change in the message...

went from no fraud
to no widespread fraud
to no widespread fraud enough to influence the election.

not sure what phrase comes next.

How inept do they think black people are? It sounds racist too me but I guess black people are too dumb to be offended.

Part of me wants to believe this is true.

Most of me thinks it's more of the BS Q Psy-Op designed to keep Patriots on the porch.
All of me wants it to be true, but none of me believes. There’s no way the liberal justices would not leak it.

It says minimum sentence of 6 months. Shouldn’t that be for every ballot? I mean, isn’t she “threat to democracy “?

Rethinking this. This is a step in the wrong direction. It's sending a message to all mules and would-be mules that they can plead guilty, get a 6 month paid (by the corrupt) vacation in a (presumably) minimum security "prison", with the charges reduced to a misdemeanor afterwards. Depending on how much they're getting paid to break the law, it could be extremely worthwhile to certain low-class, low-income people.

and the "they can't arrest us all" motto will come to play.

Exactly. The above punishment is only "if you get caught" and now that, thanks to the 2000 Mules video, they know they can be tracked by cell phones, they'll either use burners or just leave their cells at home when they go drop off ballots.

Unless this whole thing comes crashing down on them as a result of the 2020 election, all that will have happened in the last two years is expose how they could be caught so they can avoid doing that in the future.

You would think, but we all know that isn't what's going to happen. A slap on the wrist for being an accomplice to the destruction of the United States, with the alternative being "commit suicide in my jail cell while the security cameras are mysteriously turned off". Hard decision for them, eh?
