perfect, since there's 12mo in a year, that means he can live on one property for 6mo, and the other for 6mo

only gotta drag the trailer a hundred feet every 6mo, stick the driveway right on the property line between the two separate 40s

property taxes shouldn't be terrible either, long as there's aminals on them for that ag exemption

Basically he is just paying the water bill, I am hoping his presence checking on his cows keeps the thieves away even though they have already carried off everything portable

They had a problem with an area that was sold off in quarter acre lots cheap, being outside of Alb people drug anything out to live there turned it into a real dump. one of the things that came out of it ou can't subdevide under 40 acres. Since I will have 80, I can sell 1/2 and live on the other. Right now half is being used by a guy running Highland cattle, because I have city water.

Subdivide the property and live on one lot for 6 month then move it to the other property. :flipoff2:

My most liberal left wing Granddaughter is the one who LOVES to shoot, and is good at it. She now has 3 littles so I am waiting for the chance to start teaching them also.
