Ive been doing the one meal a day thing now for 3ish weeks. Most nights im having 2 burger patties and 2-3 eggs. 2 nights ive had a carne asada burrito with no rice, and 1 night a double cheeseburger with a bun. Tonight it was a chicken thigh, 2 eggs, and a small (handfull of salad). Im still having my morning sugar free rockstar, a cup of coffee or 2, and at a minimum one of the large gas station bottles of water plus maybe 2 glasses in the evening.
I wrote all that out because im wondering why I lost 7-8lbs right away and then have been holding 190. I could easily be 165 and still have a healthy spare tire around my waste.... so what gives? The way I figure it ive been having right around 1000 calories a day.
