EGO advertise their push mower’s run time at 60 minutes at light load with 7.5 ah battery. Or as low as 20 minutes with heavy load with 5 ah battery.

You live in the desert?

It takes just shy of an hour to mow ours, and the 7.5ah battery will only last the entire time if the grass is dry and not overly tall. I have a 4.0ah battery that we use to finish if necessary.

Both still hold a good charge after 2 summers of use.

Greenworks has 80v refurbished 40 percent off with a free battery. Looking at that and a blower same deal probably gotta make 2 orders to get 2 batteries ruff math $600 for mower blower and 4 batteries.

Ordered the mower and blower today, they were sold out of the extra battery deal ..I got an extra 10% off, between the 2 there items there are 3 batteries..
my FIL won't use 1/4 of any battery, he has a strip of grass on each side of the sidewalk and dog shit in the back yard, at least I got him something I can use after he kicks the bucket.

I’ve been happy with my Dewalt until the past couple of times. I started mowing yesterday and wasn’t able to finish my lawn. Recharged the batteries overnight and today it will run slowly for a few seconds and die. Even if you have the mower under no load. Batteries are good, and I swapped four different ones around.

Cleaning the deadman’s switch didn’t help the issue. Seems to be a common thing, but I haven’t found a solution.

Battery powered push mowers are the way.
