This would make a good story for a news source willing to run with it.
A cop with one month on the job goes on a pet welfare check call and kills all but one dog.
Conflicting stories on if he was given permission by a superior to put them down.
Conflicting stories on if they tried to contact the owners and/or find somewhere for the dogs to go.
Neighbor called in the welfare check.
Neighbor is also a cop with a domestic assault from 14 years ago, and was a cop back when the assault happened.

So it did, guess they didn't load the first time.

Black one on the torn up chair has short hair, definitely a pitbull, plus the signs of aggression from the damage to the chair. Fat old chocolate lab was probably just a fat lazy old lab that didn't wanna get up.
