Cop allegedly kills 7 dogs during animal welfare check at home while family out to dinner

I know law enforcement studies have found that educated cops didn't stick around, but we should rethink the program because this room temp IQ shit isn't working out.
This guy had been on the force for a month. Maybe having a partner you first probationary year would be a good idea, vets could weed out lawsuit magnets like this dumbfuck before releasing them on the public "using their best judgment".

Instead of Captain fag shooting the dogs, wouldn't it make more sense for him to have animal control grab the dogs and make an actual medical assessment of them, save the ones they can, and put down the rest.
