Look through this thread, my latest posts include prices. You have a cigar in every pic,
Make me a suggestion for some smokes for handing out to 10 guys on a trip thats decent. But not Pablo Escobar priced.
Opus X Lost City Robusto ???pulled out that Fuente Opus X i posted in the other thread and had it over the weekend. 10/10, would smoke again. excellent flavor, slow, even burn. worth the $22 a stick i paid for it.
Lost city is a variant. I'm not familiar with it
Seal is bad I fought with one for years finally went to a cooladorHumidor/Boveda pack question: I've gpt a 10x8x4 humidor that was a Thompson freebie. Got maybe 25 sticks in it. 72% Boveda packs don't last long and the humidity never gats above 65%. Checked levels with different humidistats; they match. WTF?
Edit: 60 gram packet
If you're not in a hurry, watch for Cigar's international to have a sale. Couple years ago I bought a blemished unit for a really good price, just a dent in an outside corner that doesn't affect anything. What are you all using for a humidor? Bonus points for amazon links!
Did you season it first? Wood takes a lot of moisture at first to get it to the right spot, think of it like a giant humidity battery that you're trying to recharge. Boveda makes a kit to season humidors or you can do it by wiping it down with water. Plenty of YouTube videos on it.Humidor/Boveda pack question: I've gpt a 10x8x4 humidor that was a Thompson freebie. YesAny of you all feel a nictotine buzz from cigars?
yesObviously they aren't meant to be inhaled. Curious if enough gets absorbed through the mouth for a perceivable effect
That tooor is it strictly about the flavor?.
last time I smoked cigarettes I got funny looks for breaking the filter off...I've never smoked a real cigar, but have dabbled with cigarettes from time to time.
