Guess you aren't supposed to use a 1/2" impact with these
It blew across the room and hit my birdseed bucket and sprayed that **** everywhere so I have some vacuuming to do. Better than a busted face. Gonna see if they will warranty it

Found these in a folder I forgot I had while looking for something else. Which came first??? Chicken or the egg? Crank break first and take out the block? Block break first and take out the crank? 2 bolt main 427 Windsor factory roller lifter/cam block. Scat forged crank. Was 700 hp until it wasn’t 😂

I let my big 1/2" eat on those ****ers, no broken O'Reilly's rentals yet
Got enough pack out gayness in that rig to rebuild it anyhow...I wonder if the later 1555 shafts are a direct swap in like the 1550 Superduty stuff.
Also, WTF are people talking about not using an impact on a ball joint pressI let my big 1/2" eat on those ****ers, no broken O'Reilly's rentals yet

I will say my ball joint press looks more heavy duty than that.Looks like it's part of a U-joint service kit, not a balljoint press. Still looks like junk cast the way it broke. I have a bunch of pullers and presses that are 20+ years old and have been used hard and never broke.

If that last snap ring is fighting you. Just grab it by the bearing caps in the vise and smack that ear out. They are normally just flexed in a lil bit.
If that doesn't get it, then make sure you didn't have a bearing fall down. I was in a hurry once and blew the top of a cap off. When I looked, one of the needles was stuck to the bottom of the cap. Whoops.

Last I looked OTC is what snapon was selling.
I'll look into that stuff.
A few years ago Snappy was buying up other brands trying to corner the tool market.
