What brand of cutter? From a while back. Killed it trying to mow cotton plants.
Would have lasted longer if it was lubed.
What brand of cutter?
Fuckin grease worms man, they are bad this yearStory of my life.
Rhino RH5
The demise of this started a few years ago. Guy operating it at the time ran it until it stopped. I’m shocked it lasted a few more years and a bunch of acres before finally giving up to the ghost. Crazy thing is a full box was cheaper than parts to rebuild it.Fuckin grease worms man, they are bad this year
Our customer sent this truck out (2020 Pete 579) to have a rear crossmember replaced. It's not uncommon for them to break, as they are aluminum.
HOWEVER, this is what they got back. so now I'm gonna charge them about the same amount of money to fix that other places fuck up.
Don't use "crown diesel 24/7" in the Houston/Baytown area unless you want your shit looking like this.

wtf do you have against washers?
Coarse threaded Grade 8 bolts are pretty standard fare. Not Nylocks and extra washers. DOT will have a field day.Not every hole gets a bolt, but every bolt gets a washer....... or 3........
Course thread? Nylocks? You wouldn't think that stuff is standard.
Nylock nuts, copious use of washers, and loose hardware. Every bit of a DOT violation putting it out of service. What am I missing? I see the stacks of washers but what else?
That's the general idea. However, lots of mom and pop places do that because they don't want to take the extra time to make it right the first time. From the factory, Huck bolts are used, however, properly sized grade 8 hardware is acceptable as a replacement for the Hucks due to not all places having the proper tool to install them.I figured they did that to keep the threads out of the holes so it's all bolt shank going through both pieces.
Air lines and electrical not zip tied, dot loves chaffed airlines. What am I missing? I see the stacks of washers but what else?
