also, my 6 year old DJI Spark has a better camera than that video.Agreed. Seems a little odd, is there no supervision for these people.

Thinks its just an annoying bird.
Chicken, it's always chicken. lolUh, if you can get that close to it,at as well see what heron tastes like....
It would be a huge distraction unless you have someone do it for you. And these things suck in trees.I have been thinking about a drone to film myself for self-critiquing my mountain biking.
I was looking at a little one that can fit in my pocket (hoverair x1). Supposedly it doesn't do anything other than follow you around. However, it only does like 15mph, and I can easily outrun that on descents, plus it wont avoid running into things.
any suggestions for something simple to follow me around?
the new micro drone from DJI MIGHT do better. I think it still has some obstacle avoidance built in.I have been thinking about a drone to film myself for self-critiquing my mountain biking.

This, you can set the distance and max height too. How tight are the sides of the trails?the new micro drone from DJI MIGHT do better. I think it still has some obstacle avoidance built in.
Normal singletrack trails. 3-5 feet maybe? With some obstacles (trees and rocks and shit) thrown in. Sometimes more. This, you can set the distance and max height too. How tight are the sides of the trails?
Not sure exactly what you are hoping to capture for self-critique, but have you given any thought to an Insta360 camera? You can clamp it just about anywhere and get tight/wide shots.I have been thinking about a drone to film myself for self-critiquing my mountain biking.
