Best Sandwich….

I am shocked how many people like Jersey mikes, maybe I need to try it again, or is Taco bell real mexican food to you?
Understand, I didn't say taco bell is bad, because it's delicious.

JM slices their meat fresh for each sandwich and their bread isn’t made of yoga mat foam so they basically starting from a 6.5 of 10.

It’s probably the best of the major chains , but not the best overall.

Wait !!

Are Tacos sandwiches?

No, based on starch location.

Hot dogs are tacos. Corn dogs are Calzones. Enchiladas can be cake or sushi. etc.

Cuban sandwiches are a favorite of mine. Cuban bread is excellent as a sandwich or even toasted with butter for breakfast :)

There's a lot of good places to get Cubans in Tampa area, but the Floridian is one of the best:

Back in school, we'd make fried bologna with mustard on white bread for the football games. We had a big sack of them along a couple of gallons of wine smuggled in in water coolers. I don't know if they were the best sandwiches in the world but drinking on that wine and passing joints around, they sure tasted like it at the time.

Italian Sandwich from Amato's in Portland, ME.

Don't know what it was about that thing but it sticks out in my brain and I've eaten and made a lot of friggen sandwiches.

We make T-day leftover eggrolls. Slap in whatever you have left over, wrap em up and throw em in the frier. Hover your finger over your cardiologists phone number. Dip em in warm (brown) gravy and nom down. :grinpimp:

But this is a sammich thread not a T-day leftover thread.
