Amazon Deals

100 percent scam. Hopefully Amazon will honor it when they don’t show:laughing:

This is a strange one. I thought Amazon held on to the money long enough to ensure that the actual items were delivered.

I know it was a common scam back with ebay & paypal where they could get the funds in paypal, send fake tracking info and run away with the money before the buyer figured it out. But even ebay holds the money in escrow now.

I've never not gotten a refund from amazon for an undelivered item. *shrug

I grabbed 3 and don't even have a vehicle they'll go on. Figure I can give them away or unload them on CL easy enough for at least a 200% profit.

Check out where they're shipping from...

Same company that shipped mine!!!:lmao::lmao::lmao:

What the hell, ordered one hopefully we don't get screwed.

looks like a listing I gambled on for a fake TECH2, but I paid $180 or so not $8.

gonna be a scam. you'll either get nothing, or if its like mine, some random trinket to make the tracking number "real" and delivery true. Amazon refunded me immediately when I chatted the issue, they'd seen it before

do not understand how they make $$ off this type of scam

If these show up, don't forget...

They're actively trying to help resolve a known issue, how can it be a scam or fake? :flipoff2:

Sig checks out :homer::usa::laughing:
I don't see how helping them (the mfg or the state subsidizing them) lose money is in any way beneficial to them.
Payback for the ChiComs 200% subsidizing aluminum wheel casting long enough to take most of it overseas :laughing:

LoL I would laugh my ass off if someone from IBB set this up themselves to get all you idiots to provide your addresses :lmao:
Well, Amazon already has the addresses of anyone who ordered.

More likely it is a clever Chinese gambit to find out who in America carries stuff.

Go read the Questions on that listing. They make $7 for every sucker, then ship nothing. This is also a new seller account- no great loss when they close up shop, kill their email, and keep the money.

Except the refunds I've received for no show products. Assuming it doesn't show up, I notify Amazon, the refund my $.

How's the vendor make any money?

Some percentage of buyers don't bother. Free $$.

Some do bother, and get a runaround.

Is the delivery timely?

-NO!!! First one I bought was “lost”. Received a full refund, ordered again. This time said was delivered but it is no where to be found. Tried getting a call back twice, said my call was connected and that I should answer my phone when it rings. My phone never rang. Did the “chat” thing also, said to give it 48 hours before contacting again. Okay, so I’ll give them 48 hours and then see what happens. I will edit this post either way.

-No. After a couple weeks it says my package was delivered & it was not. Now amazon customer service is saying i have to wait another month until they can confirm that it didn’t arrive, because the company gave an estimated delivery window that goes until may 2nd. Amazon says this company is local (to me, in san diego, ca) but the package shipped from china

How much of this ^ are you going to do for $7?

You hope. Read my previous post.

It's not like these Chinamen make their living scamming $7 or anything...

Anytime it's happened in the past I've taken 5 minutes, clicked a few buttons and gotten my money back.

Not sure where you're coming from with this instance that everyone just lost all their money.

My experience has been quite different.
