What's New?

Daniel Defense has revived and "improved" the Hudson H9.

Fail on the optic cut slide. Should have used an RMR cut.

I don't really care as I don't see myself ever owning one. However, my cheap ass has mostly Burris and Vortex, which are all Docter pattern, so if I was picking, that's what I'd choose. I've got 3 Glock slides that are all Docter pattern.

Until optics manufacturers agree on a standard, and RMR may very well become THE pattern, my cheap ass is happy to have options.

He was a terrible NRA schill. I don’t think I’ve seen an original opinion come out of his mouth.

He's a joke just like all the other youtube experts. That said, if you can get free shit or money for making a goofy video............

His youtube review on the prodigy is pure comedy. I gotta wonder how much money they tossed him for that one

I’m going to miss Paul Harrel when he dies. His videos were way too dry for him to be making any money.

Winchester made a Henry! :flipoff2:

Maybe it'll be an aluminum 9422? The 150/250 and their ilk were aluminum, but they didn't have external hammers.

All they gotta do is start making the good shit they used to make.:shaking: Fuck all these econo guns:flipoff:

Well, I wouldn't hold my breath on this one.

Winchester's PR said:
The high-quality, chromoly steel barrel is produced right alongside the barrels found on our accurate Wildcat and Xpert rimfire rifles.
Wildcat is made in Turkey...

Speaking of Henry...

Only seeing it on their social media at the moment:

Model H023 Lever Action Supreme

Henry's PR said:
Linkage driven action, rotary bolt, threaded free floated barrel, and compatibility with standard .223/5.56 and .300 BLK magazines, our new rifle reigns supreme as the definitive contemporary lever gun.

This would go good with my 94 30-30.

This would go good with the other shit I don't need :lmao:

I need another 1301 now.

Not a lot of really new innovation at SHOT so far. Trijicon has some good offerings, a 1-10 x 28 LVPO that has some really great glass. Also have a RMR that has a forward facing sensor so that the auto illumination adjusts to the target instead of the shooter location.

Everyone is doing lever actions. Aero & Stag are working on 1895 variants. I had no clue Aero owned Stag now, I missed that somehow. Aero's is going to be tacticool and Stag's more traditional.
