I pretty much use tequila in margaritas, (and shots 20+ years ago…). I’d like to learn what’s a good sipping tequila.
i'm using filtered ice machine ice. sparingly.
As a kid I think we all puked on crap Cuervo Gold and thought it was the gold standard.

As a decent pour over ice entry Kirkland Costco is pretty drinkable. And that a staple around the house but on the lower end.
The latest I just bought was a bottle of Don Julio Premavera. aged 8 months They say Citrus notes but I don't taste it at room temp. Next I'll try warming it slightly to see if it brings different flavors.
The next bottle will be Don Julio Ultima Reserva Aged 3 years.
And I have a friend that brings me stuff from Mexico.
