If the vaccine was effective; you wouldn't need repeated shots.

If COVID rapidly mutates requiring a different vaccine each year, then the shots everyone was mandated/coerced into getting were already outdated.

what are you talking about, it is clearly safe and effective

safe because what could possibly be safer than death
and effective because it makes pfizer a small amount of money (it was like 35 bucks but iirc it went up pretty sharply at some point)

We suspected it. Now it's confirmed.
Pfizer employees were a different vax than the general public. There was a special bath of the vax for them.
