Vaccination mandates on the horizon.

Doubt it, they've been awfully hard on the Biden admin to date on mandates and reminding them that shit like has to go through Congress. Trump getting that last SCOTUS nomination was probably a bigger saving grace than any of us can imagine. Don't have to rely on Roberts not being a fuckwit anymore. If we were talking states legislatures passing a requirement and upholding that, I could see that happening since there's precedent, but there's really nothing to back up a mandate like this through a Federal agency like OSHA.

I'm guessing 5-4 or 6-3 split depending on which way Roberts goes. I'm sure there will be scathing, idiotic dissent from the left side of the bench, but at least Ginsberg is dead so we don't have to listen to her insane bullshit afterwards. :laughing:

It still blows my mind the validity that unvaccinated are a grave danger to the vaccinated argument OSHA is making while in the workplace. The logic part of my brain locks up trying to process that.

Here is Vaccination data. No spin but not truly a representative data population either. It is what it is. The unvac are about 2x represented in the case data. But !! Another look is that the vac is horribly effective overall. Never mind the fact that natural immunity acquired from the new milder form of the Wuhan . . . . . . . Again, data, no more. A lot of our vaccinated acquaintances are all getting COVID right now.

You know, the majority of unvaccinated people I know are absolutely unwilling to be tested. In my small circle it’s about 80% of us who refuse to be tested. Apply this to these studies. If unvaccinated are highly unlikely to be tested, how much worse would it look for the vaccinated if we all ran out and got tested all the time?

The problem with data produced from Feb. 2020 onward, is the absolute fact that the death-goalpost was moved in order to claim Covid deaths.

SAID DATA HAS BEEN, AND STILL IS, BEING CORRUPTED BECAUSE OF THAT.

I just want to be left alone entirely. Like let me go to work and just live my life. Let me risk and die however. Just go away already...that’s where I’m at with this, the state government, and the federal government. As a whole, just GO AWAY.

Why do they even care about this? Their job is to determine the legality of the mandate, not to regurgitate vaccine bullshit, right?

Even if the junk was 100% effective and had absolutely no side effects, that can't change the core of the argument.
 
Incomplete numbers are worthless. In order to understand case rate vax vs non-vax you need to know the vax vs non-vax population stats.

For instance:

For a population of 100,000 people, you have 40,000 Vaxxed (leaving 60,000 unvaxxed) and you have 40 cases vaxxed and 60 cases unvaxxed with 4 deaths vaxxed and 6 deaths unvaxxed, then the data shows that vaxxed or unvaxxed doesn't matter.

For a population of 100,000 people, you have 40,000 Vaxxed (leaving 60,000 unvaxxed) and you have 70 cases vaxxed and 30 cases unvaxxed with 7 deaths vaxxed and 3 deaths unvaxxed, then the data shows that the vax makes it worse.

For a population of 100,000 people, you have 40,000 Vaxxed (leaving 60,000 unvaxxed) and you have 10 cases vaxxed and 90 cases unvaxxed with 1 death vaxxed and 9 deaths unvaxxed, then the data shows that the vax is (somewhat) working.


Throwing out 75 new cases unvaxxed with only 25 new cases vaxxed without knowing the vax/unvax population makeup is just more misinformation.
