At an absolute minimum all of them, including Alvin Bragg, should be disbarred for life. That smug ass piece of shit judge ought to be hung live on tv.
 
The most telling thing about the establishment reaction to Trump is just how sensitive they are to any perceived slip in control. It's not like Trump governed as POTUS in some wildly radical way. Hell, IMO the most disappointing thing about Trump as POTUS was how he basically governed as a standard Republican just with a really loud mouth. But the fact that the threat they felt by someone from outside of the political establishment winning a Presidential election made them turn into raving conspiratorial lunatics while claiming that Trump was actually the raving conspiratorial lunatics was just very revealing IMO. Yeah, Trump says some stupid shit don't get me wrong. But the whole Russiagate thing? The lawfare attacks we've seen? I mean... damn.

Found an article on CNN covering it and all they covered was Trump's lawyers claims and a couple generic quotes from the judges and completely glossed over everything else. The only thing even alluding to the fact that this is gonna get tossed was they mentioned it can still be appealed to the SCOTUS by the state and that a ruling before the election was unlikely.

But, if it really went as cut and dry as that guys summary says it did then the appeals court is just as complicit in election interference by not ruling before the election as the NY attorneys are.

Trish Regan on YouTube has been covering the appeals court hearing pretty good. Her video here:



shows that at the beginning of the prosecutions presentation, their attorney barely got to say her name and start her presentation; which she never did get to present in her time due to judges constant questions about the case. 4/5 Judges questioned hard about the use of the section the prosecution used; the other judge was more on the other side but her questions still showed the overreach
 
These video clips are from 9/26, there are a bunch of stories from that time available on Google, Brace etc.

Is this happening now? Or 2 weeks ago?

That judge "AngerRon" or whatever his nipple is, was absolutely out of line in every way. He should be made an example of by the higher court.

D.A.s and judges should be at least as professional as fuggin' McDonalds :laughing:
