Trailer winches?

i welded at 2" hitch reciver to the front edge of my trailers deck, so now i can run a removable winch mount. 12,000lb HF winch has been working fine for 10 years.

Tow trucks have some just like that, ~4’ chain lead and slip hook off a small block. Can run a second right in front of the winch to redirect to the middle of the drum.

Pics? I'm not getting it.

Upper one redirects to align with drum. Lower one redirects to guide load as desired. Lots of adjustability depending on trailer setup.
