Well a year later time for a update as things have developed. I did get the rear axle suspension buttoned up.
Engine is running great, doesn't try to over heat and I got the overdrive working on the 46RH using this kit:
Lockup and Overdrive kit
Took it to SMORR this summer and then took it to Rocktoberfest at Byrds in October. Broke a drivers side shaft in the D30 going up Hells Revenge. Boogered up the carrier, threw another used carrier in with my 4..88 gears on it night before New Years run at HSORV park and didn't bother to setup up the gears because I had no setup kit. Destroyed the gears and now I have a HP30 to put in the LP30's place. Inbetween all of that I rebuilt this Warn 8000 winch. And by rebuilt I mean I took it apart cleaned, it greased it and spray painted it.....
Other news I have yet to get the A/C working as I ran into a snag getting lines made for it and I kinda moved on to other things. I'll come back around to that eventually.
