I managed to avoid it for years. Then I had a kid. There is shit when you have kids that is just easier to deal with the idiots at walmart. Especially when getting in and out at multiple places takes an extra 20 minutes

Yup. I hate it, but....guns, ammo, fishing, boating, beer, wine, some automotive, hardware, electronics, groceries, paint, grilling, gardening, toys, and pharmaceuticals all in one stop. I have literally walked out of the store with something from all of the above depts in one trip.:shaking::frown:

Remember the great ammo shortage? Used to go to walmart at 2 am to get 22 as it came off the truck. Was the only way to avoid the raping

Now I only go there for motor oil. Ten dollars cheaper a jug for the same shit.

I was working next to a sporting goods store in Fife back during the shortage. I was able to get done with that job and be there a few minutes before they opened. They didn’t have fuck you prices just limits. Got some ammo but mainly was there for powder primers and bullets. 2 lbs of powder, 2 100packs of primers and 2 boxes of bullets. Also it was 2 boxes of live ammo for the limits.

I had to get to the Walmart before the fucking scalpers so I could shoot pests. Was bullshit.
 
I won't buy ammo there. But I often need pool stuff (which they suck at, but less than home depot sucks at it), groceries, a toy for the kid, some random car stuff.

Their prices on oil cant be beat. Occasionally buy pool stuff. School supplies are dirt cheap there as well when on sale.
