NSFW The *official* D.R.T thread

I don’t like watching gorey stuff but I do every once in a while to remind myself to respect the tools I use and not to trust other motorists.

yea looked it up apple doesn’t support .webm

explain it to me :laughing::flipoff2:
imagine a human being cosplaying as a tube of toothpaste
under the rear wheels of a bus at about 30 mph
with a lady walking her dog right behind it

Dude got gallaghered
Edit* My picture of some chicks camel toe gets removed but this is kosher....get fucked mods lol.
all of internet is NSFW, IMO
but you know, tag it anyways and those with thinner skin can't complain as easily

Had a collect of vids like this years ago. Never expected to see anyone else play anything like them. Lo and behold, videos just as gnarly as these were shown in work classes when the safety discussions came up.

there's always a thread or two of people beating off to this shit over on /gif/
I'm repulsed by it but as said, sometimes there's something to be learned, and there's always gonna be some humor in shock images that you won't understand if you didn't grow up linking people to goatse and lemonparty
mostly the lesson being taught seems to be 'don't go anywhere near any roadway in china'

Safety guy I work with always asks me to send him the videos I find on here and other places to use in his orientations.

How people ever got their rocks off on this stuff is beyond me. To each their own, I guess.

None of it ever bothered me. Had an interest in the grotesque. Brings me back to watching my boys being delivered via c-section. I though it was strange that staff wondered how I could watch it without fainting. Apparently most guys do.

Visuals can be pretty dang good for teaching the right and wrong ways.

Yeah, it creeps me the fuck out in the same way that the saw movies were so popular that they made five of them. I don't feel the need to watch a single one. Don't need that in my life.

The one I watched was kinda lame.

Excessive gore and human brutality are pretty bad.
When humans hurt each other in horrible ways and video it, those things are bad for your soul and there's not much to learn from it.
You will only suffer from it. It won't make you tough, won't make you smart, it will just make you less.

Car accidents are pretty good to watch because you can usually learn a lot, and since most of drive every day it's a skill that benefits and possibly could save your life.

jesus the dude getting squished by the bus was pretty brutal.. holy cow..

486's description of human rolled up like a toothpaste tube was pretty accurate.. 🤮

I watched it several times. It looked like his upper torso kind of exploded, and his head popped off and bounced away.

I like to ride a bike too, but there is no fawking way I would have been riding down that road.

Rule #11 of the internet - don’t go to 4chan unless you are ready for nightmares

The one that will never leave my mind is when isis took over that Iraqi training base, and lined all the recruits up, marched them single file down to the river, put a bullet in their heads one at a time, and kicked them in the water. After like the 10th guy, you know what’s going to happen. Why did they continue to march down there? Yeah, you’re going to get shot if you try to fight back and run, but it’s gotta be better than that
Resignation to the inevitable? I have come to believe that Americans think differently in such a situation than people who grew up under a different political environment, they dont think like we do.

Anyone remember renting the "Faces of Death" VHS tapes back in the day?

Damn dude, memories...

Faces of Death
Consumption Junction
Rotten.com
Ogrish before it became LiveLeak

The early 2000s were a crazy time.

Another random memory:

I remember sitting as a company doing IED training in the early Iraq days. We literally watched and discussed Ogrish IED videos on the projector as they were the best and most current source available at the time. The Army documentation was pretty vague at the time, but seeing legit vids of dudes getting blown the fuck up really drove home the point.
