My mom invited us over to watch. She's fully in the Kamala camp.. or at least fully out of the Trump camp, so this is where she lands. She's got another older neighbor-friend coming over as well who I saw at the park yesterday and mentioned about the debate: "Lets see if he can behave himself this time."

It will be interesting to get their perspective on it. I'm keeping my mouth shut as there is no convincing my mom of anything. She has to decide for herself. Kamala could absolutely crater, but if Trump says something rude to her, I'm pretty sure those two will immediately decide he's a terrible human, no matter whose policy was better or who debated better.
 
I don’t get it personally. You could stand a literal sack of shit up, and if it passed policies that were good for the country overall, I would vote for it.
You could bring another Jimmy Carter in, who I think was probably a nice guy, but whose policies were proven to be antithetical to US interests and Constitutional principles, and I’d never vote for him.

Obviously I’m in the minority though.

I've gotten more Political texts this year than ever. Probably 90% pro KH. Several ActBlue. I just block them all.

Even Instagram went through a phase where it started recommending Political candidates to follow. I'm sure those were sponsored pushes as I dont look at politics there.

Got to wonder how much money is out there doing this

You are obviously not looking at things right. Who will promise you more 'Hope" and "Joy?" That's what matters here.
 
With those camera angles, that interview is edited to make her look as good as possible. Just like everything else she does :homer:
