UNLESS there explicit text or video of Tits and Ass... She was working with a kid we can assume had a lot of personal trauma / drama ...

Having been around lying kids... They will say whatever they need to manipulate the situation.

I have seen it happen. Kids making false allegations and accidently or on purpose ruining an adults life. (generally it's an accusation regarding a male, but times are changing).

Until more details come out, I am holding out opinion on this one.

thats sad. she has a 5yr old son and 3 yr old daughter. the "victim" is 17.

how in the hell can it be legal for a 17yr old to cut his dick off or her cut her tits off........ but having plain ol sex is illegal?

the "victim" here is 17. I wonder how close to 18 he is.

It probably doesn't violate the age of consent,

It's the fact she had a position of power. I think he could be 19, and in most states, he still could not consent to sex with a teacher, by legal statute, making it rape.

Oh I'm not doubting that at all. Anyone can be accused. My question was/is, would a man get the same treatment?

ah.

what is her position of power of the victim? she car lower his grade in english? Easy enough to "test". how are the rest of his grades? Failing everything but ace'ing english? Maybe shes giving him the a for trade. but if his grades are consistent across the board, who cares. (besides her hhusband)
