WASHINGTON, D.C. — Former President Donald Trump successfully had President Biden evicted from the White House Thursday after successfully sneaking back into the White House and invoking Squatters Rights.
"Surprise!" Trump said as he jumped out of a secret passage, revealing he had been living in the walls for the last 30 days. "It's me, your favorite squatter. Now get out, Sleepy Joe! I live here now. Don't worry, I will fix the country while you're gone, because you're doing a terrible job, frankly."
Biden's Secret Service detail was powerless to stop Trump. "Sir, he's got Squatter's Rights. We can't do anything due to his airtight legal squatter immunity."
"We're sorry, you have to go, President Biden."
Though Biden is expected to challenge Trump's unwelcome possession of the White House, legal experts suggest it is unlikely to succeed.
"Squatters are people too," said DC District Attorney Fran Wallace. "Frankly, I'm offended President Biden would suggest otherwise."
"Squatter's rights are human rights!"
At publishing time, Trump claimed the right to the presidency from the evacuated White House, citing Article 2, Section 5 of the United States Constitution.

Around here they are stealing houses by filing fake deed paperwork. No one's checking if its real.

Since it's pretty clear the politicians don't want to fix this I have a feeling it's only going to get fixed when a group decides to help homeowners in a more creative manner.

What should they do? Make a law? Enforce a law?
What action would they take if they found a squatter in a house they owned? Now be sure everyone else is able to use the same strategy for their own property.

What should they do? Make a law? Enforce a law?
Mostly their job. But the main purpose of most politicians (Congress) is to make laws. However they can use their influence over the executive branch for force them to enforce laws also.

Not allow police to call a fake lease or deed just a civil issue. It's criminal fraud and an arrestable offense
Force the county/city records office to properly verify deeds when they come in. Hold notaries who do not verify id documents liable for their signatures on this type of fraud
Create a standard lease records system so there is a central record of leases (would fix a lot more than just this)
Remove squatters rights laws

A California Company Is Making a Business Out of Kicking Squatters Out of Properties

Hey California, having a problem with squatters? Well, the free market has provided an answer, once again.

Introducing the "Squatter Squad."

According to the company's website, their business is going into your property where squatters may have taken up residence and do what's necessary to remove them:

We offer fast and effective squatter removal and prevention services throughout Southern California.
Our job is to save our customers from all of the wasted time, money, stress, and headaches that come from squatters overtaking your property.
"Squatter Squad" makes it clear that they're not an "eviction service." In truth, they're much faster:

Squatter Squad is a one-of-a-kind business in Southern California. We are not an eviction service. We have our own proprietary process for getting squatters out fast. Going through the eviction process can stretch into weeks and months, costing you time and money, while at the same time the squatters are most likely damaging your property, causing even more anguish and expense. Below is a list of our specific services:
A video of the "Squatter Squad" is making the rounds on social media that show them forcibly gaining entry into the home, tearing off the doors, and forcing the squatters out along with their things.

Squatters have become an increasing problem all around the nation, especially as illegal aliens storm our border and take up residence on properties. Some states have laws that protect squatters.

The "Squatter Squad" isn't the only game in town. California's squatter problem is bad enough that other businesses have opened up. According to CBS News, a man named Flash Shelton takes his own approach to driving out squatters for property owners:

Affectionately known by many as "The Squatter Hunter," Shelton gives squatters a taste of their own medicine as he looks to drive them out of the homes they've taken over without any real threat of legal consequence.
"All I'm doing is becoming a squatter and flipping this process on them," Shelton said. "I figured if they could take a house, I could take a house."
...
"I'm not going in and I'm not hurting anyone. I'm not kicking them out, I'm not throwing them out," Shelton said.
Instead, he's turning the tables, forcing those squatters to go to court in order to fight to get the property for themselves, as opposed to the homeowner having to go to court to get them out.
...
He makes his way into homes occupied by squatters, squatting along side them until he can force them to leave. He brings cameras, recording every moment as he creates as many minor nuisances as he can until they get fed up with him.

Squatters aren't just a nuisance, they can be very dangerous and they need to be evicted from private residences for the safety of both the property owner and the neighbors. With blue state laws making it difficult to do this, it's good to see that there are services that know how to work the system and see to it that squatters are removed safely and efficiently.

Was wondering if you could put in the lease for people to sign their squatter rights away. Leave it in the fine print.

I saw that same FL clip about this subject earlier today on FB.
Problem is that these squatters aren't actively breaking in. They could have been let in the by the last squatters.

How long does someone need to be away from their home before this can happen?
Sounds like a simple bill of paying someone to come into your house and water the plants every so often.

If by water the plants you mean hang dry the squatters over the lawn :flipoff2: seems a bit excessive, might get results, might have to use them to build a fence. Really depends on their level of commitment

New 'SquatBNB' Service Helps Squatters Find Perfect Home To Take Over

U.S. — A new service "SquatBNB" has launched, aimed at helping potential squatters find the home of their dreams to take over.
"Far too often, squatters take over a new home without knowing the quality of amenities provided, or difficulties dealing with the host," said SquatBNB CEO Don Carmichael. "Our service will allow squatters to read reviews from other squatters who have stayed at a property and see honest feedback about what each home has to offer. We have millions of homes on our site, ready for immediate squatting -- and the best part is, it's absolutely free!"
According to the company, SquatBNB will allow squatters to write reviews and post photos from any home they have stayed in, as well as leaving a rating for the owner of a home. "Sadly, some homeowners can be difficult to communicate with on issues like utilities, or not wanting to give up their beds for the squatters," explained Carmichael. "Homeowners who consistently provide an excellent experience for squatters get ranked as 'SuperHosts'. However, the site is as much for homeowners having their houses taken over as it is for the squatters. Owners can also leave reviews about the people squatting in their home that other hosts will be able to read. Squatters who consistently achieve good rankings will be highlighted as 'SuperSquats', which helps them get access to more luxury properties."
At publishing time, the site had reportedly crashed as the office it was run out of had been taken over by squatters.

see trenches make homes less appealing to squatters.

Martin County, FL sheriff:

"We'll go right out there, and it's our intention here in Martin County to get that home back into the hands of the rightful owner and get the trespasser out," he said. "And then I will provide them [the squatter] housing. They will not be unhoused. I'm putting them straight into my jail."

"All I'm doing is becoming a squatter and flipping this process on them," Shelton said. "I figured if they could take a house, I could take a house."

MFs stole my Idea that I had posted on here! Obviously, it's legal!
