Thinking about the Mexico thread and how a Swiss Army knife in my pocket almost got me thrown in Mexican Jail got me thinking we don't have an EDC thread.

Here's what's in my pockets at work tonight... cheap but decent Energizer 300 lu flashlight with a Surefire rechargeable battery and a Benchmade 940.

Been carrying that same knife for a year, and love it, once I got a decent edge on it It's been great.
My flashlight is a Olight Warrior Mini 2

Front left: Cell phone (unfortunately sometimes 2 with work :homer:)

Front right: wallet, work keys and a knife(either a mini griptillian or a folding utility knife if I'm at work. I like to carry a basic multitool but the clip got bent)

Back pockets have nothing unless its temporary like a tool or gloves. Gave up sitting on my wallet years ago.

Front appendix: (I thought I would hate this, but it's the only place I've found thag works driving as I'm in and out of trucks or equipment all day) Currently carry a sig 365xl and 2 extra mags, but just picked up a 365 x macro just don't have the light or holster for it yet.

Have a ccw belt too that is actually pretty nice like everyone says.

Same things that have been there for the last 25 years.

Lh

Nail clippers
Chapstick
Sheffield lock back utility knife
Rh
Cellphone

Edit: I use a tool belt/pouch at work
Metric Allen wrench set
Many mm wrench
Small channys
6 way screwdriver
Precision straight and Phillips screwdriver
Chicken stick
Flashlight (forget what it is)
6" starret precision ruler
Scribe
Center punch
Extendo-magnet stick
Beyond those I just go get the toolbox

Usually this along with air pods / corded headset. Light provided via smart phone built in flashlight function.

From time to time I will replace knife with Leatherman Wingman or Wenger multitool.

Great knife... disappears in the pocket. I have a couple variations.

Jesus Christ. 2 extra mags? Learn to shoot.

Leatherman OHT, Coast HP3R, a CRKT Burnout and a wallet. Pistol depends on what I'm doing, sometimes a fancy Glock clone + a spare mag in a T-Rex sidecar, sometimes S&W 642 + two speed loaders in my pocket.

Real life ain't like your first shooter computer games
Hate to break it to you but 99% of shootings are over in 3 shots or less. I can draw and put 3 shots in the A zone at 7 yards in 2 seconds or less. If you are carrying a gun for protection and can’t do that your ass needs to go shoot.

Ok, I'll bite, wtf do you need nail clippers on a daily basis for?
Not a daily basis, but they come in handy often enough that I always carry a pair.

Cutting off a chunk of skin from that fresh new cut you just got? Check
Hang nails? Check
Ripped half a nail off? Check.
Splinter? Check

Even comes in handy as a screw driver from time to time
