Back in.
After I cooled of earlier I put my riding gear on and went for a rip. So far so good, dry under the bike.

Got windy and then some, dust clouds on both end of valleys.

Put the bike away, took myself out to a hole in the wall Mexican, breakfast burrito was what I craved.

Came back home and watered the front lawn, now to see what movie to watch, ain't doing a thing other than that. R&R...
I can tell by the table top & shade of the salsa that that was a good burrito.

Stripped the rotten thin siding off my shop and pulled the **** and piss covered insulation out of the walls. Even after taking a shower my arms are itchy as hell. Went to go around the electrical into the panel and the plastic tube with 200 amp supply snapped off level with the ground. Two sides down two to go. Removing one garage door and installing a new entry door and a new side window next weekend. After I get power back into the shop I still need to finish nailing all the boards.

In.

Did the rear brakes on the Tahoe today.

I haven't been posting/online very much lately because I've been pretty occupied dealing with some health issues the past couple of months. High Blood pressure (it was at 188/133 at one point), Edema and some other unpleasant crap - Doc said I was frighteningly close to having a stroke. I go in for an Echocardiogram on the 18th and an Angiogram sometime after that.
So now its lots of meds and a better diet/exercise for me.
Normally I would never get sick, rarely even catch a cold or have to go to the doctor but I guess **** caught up to me real quick.

In late

Did some stuff today

Kiddo tired of waiting for me to finish flooring, started on living room himself, it's really starting to take shape, he doeas have his priorities straight tho, there's a path from the bedroom to the kitchen :lmao:

Ya pic sideways, deal with it

Just got home with the wife 30 min ago.

I hear yapping. Run outside and see two what I thought were dogs circling my rabbit cage. Run get flash light. It’s dead. Run back in grab crow bar come out with cell phone light first one takes off second one tugging on chicken coop wire. I clubbed the mother ****er in the head and neck with the curved cleat end it yelped and ran off. I know I broke skin for sure since I saw blood on crow bar but no clue where they went to.

Think for a second and realize that’s two ****ing coyotes I live in the middle of the ****ing city. I’m literally 20 miles in from the Everglades and 7 miles from ocean. Like what the ****.

1oddtech since I was a kid we were told cold showers after dealing with fiberglass insulation if you use hot water your pores open and it gets worse
I was told to douse with rubbing alcohol, let it evaporate, then sluice off with out rubbing in cold water. It doesn't get rid of all but it certainly helped when I was doing fiberglass boat repair in the 70s. Something I never tried, I was also told todust on baby poweder before you started it's supposed to close up the pores.

After the UN banned the import of leopard hides to the rest, there were suddenly leopards sittings in down town Pretoria SA. I have read they had to hire people to hunt them taking what used to be a mney making industry (Hunting safaris) into a government expense

So about 45 minutes later this morning

I heard the ****ers again. Ran out with crowbar again they both took off. One ran through neighbors fence tore it all up. One literally spent since 330 am listening for coyotes. Guess I’m going to have to get an air rifle so I don’t make noise in neighborhood.

Sorry to hear about your trials and tribulations.

Hang in there and keep up the good fight!

Age and sins of the youth catching up with us:laughing:

Set up the traps, possibly ones that maim.
Grab your crow bar and finish it off.

I miss hearing song dogs, haven't heard them at all this year.
I was trouble shooting a hot tub, it was getting dark customer was with me, when a group of song dogs warmed up. Dude damn near jumped out of his skin, he had never heard them before! What was so funny is he was some kind of Gov. law enforcement, DEA IIRC helicopter pilot. I couldn't fix his hot tub we had, had a brown out in the area and all the relays were toast, it was cheaper to just replace it
For the last 20 minutes there has been a rooster greeting the morning! 😁

40 years ago my FIL had a fiberglass canoe company for a short time. We would rub Vaseline on our arms before we started working. Wash with soap and cold water after done. Worked well and we had soft skin. 😁

Get some snares. Very effective. Use three strands of tie wire twisted together with a drill to anchor snare. Pet dog will stop fighting and be sitting there waiting. Coyote will go plum ape **** till he chokes out or wraps up to where it can not move. Use a t post or rebar stake to give something to wrap around. They will tear a fence all to hell trying to get away.

I've been meaning to get a 6' long piece of thin DOM tube in the correct size to see how quiet I can make light 12ga trap loads, ain't got around to it yet

Standard procedure for shooting in the city is just light off a bunch of fireworks in the street right afterwards. Most neighbors won't know any different. If cops show up there's debris you point at if they even get out of the car.
