Been turkey hunting with the kiddo. She got one this morning. So proud of her. Reception sucks and took quad to top of a mountain to send this. I'm content just hanging out at camp. Might head out tomorrow and see if I can tag out.

Finally got a few of my vehicles running and was able to situate them (yard/driveway/street) in order to get my hauler out. Prepping it for a trip next week should be fun, as I haven't touched it for Seven months.
Drinking beer, might go grab some food with the wife later.

In, about to have ribeyes with the wife and kids.

Had our annual pancake breakfast at the station today, good turnout. When we were cleaning up we got a call for a fire, me and chief were 1st there. Drown that bitch out right quick. :flipoff2:

Sorta in. Spent the last week in Sand Hollow doing the 4x4 101 classes for Trail Hero. Not as many takers as we were hoping for. Was out with the wife and buggy today just horsing around on a ledge and broke the rear output seal housing on my 205. Dead in the water and we are here for another week. Hoping one turns up.

Five hours of driving for an hour of work this morning. I did pick some okra to make up for the drive. Haven’t done much else today after I got back. Did so shopping for the oldest birthday party next weekend. Plan to grill some ribeyes for the wife and I, and some chicken for the kids later.

Spent the day in the shop. Painted the ballast box for that tractor. Will let it dry until next weekend before I load the concrete.

Was about to get some dinner and hit the Home Depot with my wife, but my father in law called and isn’t feeling well, so she went up to see what’s happening and I’m relaxing on the couch.

At my 600 SF shack in the woods on 7 acres by myself
Dining on cambells soup

Used to Come here with my three leg dog but he passed a couple years ago at 16 years old.
Sorry for your loss.
16 years is a great run for a pup. MY first pup (not a collective Family pup) made it to 19. She was a badass Coyote/Lab mix, didn't GAF, and loyal to a fault.
Enjoy your chunky chicken noodle :flipoff2:

Face/off is on tv, figured I'd watch it somewhere online instead. Nobody says a word until like 5 minutes in, and thats when I figured out it was in spanish...:homer:

I have since found it in english
My wife has been watching a bunch of tv shows from Poland and Finland or somewhere , poorly dubbed in English with English subtitles that are different from the dubbed in words .

Drives me crazy that some of the closed captioning is different words are different than what you’re hearing .

You have no idea how absolutely refreshing today has been.

Woke up with the kids at 0630 went for a walk around the hood. Fiddled with my jeep. Made an epic breakfast. Mom took the little one to swim. Big one and I did chores around the house. Rode quads. Bull**** with my neighbors. Played video games.

A full fledged epic day.

We are blessed with another beautiful day so I took advantage and knocked out the yard work. We are hosting Thanksgiving here tomorrow so GF spent the day working in the kitchen getting as much as she could done. Looks like we gonna order up a Pizza since she's sick of cookin'.

I've been hanging out on the deck with a gas station cigar and a nice hot cup of Bailey's and coffee. Finally got the mix right at about 75% Baileys, with a little sugar added. I got a funny feelin' I might regret this decision tomorrow.

In. Just shy of 6.75 miles in the kayak this evening. Missed judged how long it was going to take and got back about half an hour after sunset.:homer: Spent about two miles after I started heading back shadowing a small pod of dolphins. Now for a shower and some food.

Had this warning this morning:
300kTaco.jpg

Okay... not a warning but another 300k Tacoma with a check light:lmao: I just replaced radiator within last 1k and now it looks like water pump is leaking(missing fluid plus peeing on ground) Earlier this week, I ordered a bunch of IFS replacement parts only to have that not be the critical issue. Hopefully timing belt kit comes early next week for weekend replacement.

Took a bit of extra work so a nice 11 hour day for a few extra bucks. But now I get to enjoy rum and cola while waiting for sun to finish going down to fire up the redneck fire pit. Almost a bit too warm for that but seems like a good idea.

Resting up for a bunch of work Sunday and Monday.
