Slow-Ass Large Shed Build

Are you gonna put fill on the one end to bring the grade up? Or are you just gonna build a bigass ramp? I ask because that looks like a doorway.

Progress.

Some eave and gable trim on today. Just need to do the back side eaves tomorrow and I'll be on to hanging battens. Once battens go on, it should closely resemble the house.

My roofing buddy is going to trim out the roof for me too.

It may look untidy, but when it's done and trimmed out, it'll all tie together.

Put my zero turn and Suzuki 185 in there today. My damn 500 Polaris Scrambler hates the cold, so it wouldn't start. Also ordered 2 sets of sled dollies to make life easier. Once those are here, I'll get the sleds in there. Moving around 400# sleds sucks without wheels.

Battens done. I've got some clean up to do come spring time. Add gravel around the building and build a ramp.

Fills up quick. Should have built a barn:laughing:

Looks good! Just in time for snow. I like the rustic nature and the timber frame.

They do fill up fast. You could jam that 1x3 material up into the crook of those windbraces to get them off the floor. Maybe add a middle support to prevent bowing.

Looks damn good! Get some shelving on that windowless wall, once you figure out where you want everything. Im sure you already know this, but getting shit up off the floor seems to double your available space.

That's the plan. It'll get shelves built in the spring. Winter is upon us, I don't like working in the cold.
