5th year here and this is the least black widows I've seen so far. They were in the house every year until........ so far this year none have been spotted inside. One year a nest of them had hatched under the woodstove and when I lit the stove they came out like a moving carpet.

We keep the wolfies inside and outside because they kill the widows. Last year we started to see more of them and less widows.

I just let one hide under the bookshelf because I'd rather have a big wolf spider running around killing widows than a surprise widow.

We saw quite a few brown widows last year and hardly any blacks. This probably explains it. We still have a ton of brown recluse though...

I had brown widows in my house in 2015. There are so many of them in one area it's like they are a pack of spiders.

I'm thrilled none of them seem to have moved here with me!!
