Didn't take any pics but I smoked a 1/2 NY strip for Christmas that turned out great. The rum cake with Captain Morgan spiced rum was awesome. :smokin:

ok what is that?

Link to a recipe?

I have never seen that but it looks right up my alley
I'm sure I used meat church, honey hog rub on the outside, and meat church holy cow rub in the beef. But otherwise this is where I got it. I did mine differently tho. Tons of onion bomb recipes out there.

From Christmas Day, 13 lb brisket smoked for 11 hours over post oak and a bit of pecan/ mesquite. Side of short ribs and jalapeño sausage…rice and beans by my mom…some Bills Surprise Potatoes which I added bacon to. Good stuff.

Rhode Island clam chowder (clear broth style) I made for Christmas eve.

WTF is that black thing in the middle of the table with all the little handles?
You cook your food as you eat it, same idea as a fondue.

Basically it takes 2 hours and 2 bottles of wine to finish supper. When you're done, you're FULL.

Electric element under a stone. Grease the top with rendered duck fat and fry meats on top. Bake stuff in the little pans underneath like smoked gouda on enoki or oyster mushrooms, or prosciutto wrapped asparagus, or simply raclette cheese on a slice of baguette.

10/10 would recommend.
