The ORS stuff is really nice, well worth the money.

They got your's done pretty quick seems like. Mine took 4 months to get.

I broke the dual adapter real good. I ordered the 21 spline kit from AA by mistake. I tried to swap out the 21 spline coupler but AA won’t have the 23 spline couplers till mid November. I got a TG 23 spline coupler locally and got the cases back together and in the truck.

Yea, they make some real nice parts.

A bunch of people told me I needed to relocate my O2 sensor. I blocked off the other port and moved the new one to the collector. I also cut out the expanded metal on the A pillar and added proper window nets.

Is that a breather in the range box?

Pointless. The t case is vented through the shifter base. They aren’t sealed.

It is an Ultra4 tech requirement.

2.8.2 Transmission case vents shall run to a fluid containment system. See Section 9.3.5 ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY for more information and rules related to environmental concerns and considerations.

2.9.2 Transfer case vents shall run to a fluid containment system. See Section 9.3.5 ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY for more information and rules related to environmental concerns and considerations.

Will you get DQ’d if you end up on your lid and still get a gear oil bath?

Tracking down some hardware and knocking out a front axle rebuild while I am waiting on parts. Super exciting!
