What's new

Prime Days - 2024

These are fun and they last a good long time. Kids think it's cool, adults probably haven't ever seen it, and it's something to do besides watch tv.

Usually $15 (I keep them on a list)

Bosch point of use mini water heater. The 2.5.gallon one is usually around $190-$200. Was planning on using this in the shop bathroom when I build it out.

Books.
None of what I have in my Books Wish List are on sale. But, maybe others do or "must reads" that are?

$1K motorcycle pants?? I hope they have the Kamala Mouth built in. :flipoff2:

Potane Vacuum Sealer

After some research, I plan to buy this. Better reviews than most. Always $85. Almost always has a $5 coupon. Goes on sale for $70 a few times per year.

Most or at least a lot of the Smithsonian DK books are on sale, great gift for kids. Adults too, there are a bunch of topics on history and science. We have gotten my nieces and nephews DK books on dinosaurs, bugs, cars, history of science, gem stones, and probably some that I'm forgetting.

Anyone looking for a cheap solar maintainer. I don't love the "flexible" form factor, but it's hard to beat this for $21 with the coupon. I run several of the more expensive ($40) aluminum framed 20w ones on most of my equipment and they work great to keep the batteries topped off when parked.

This is in the Wed. Deals.

I think that is the same price (if not higher) than it was a few weeks ago, when I bought this one.

May not be as high quality without the Sunex label. Or be as compact to store. But they work.

Double checked. Paid $49.99 for that set Sept. 21. And I know all the others weren't much more.

Are these not worthy of the Irazon (Amarate?) page? Austin could possibly make pennys from me if they were.

Butane torch, soldering iron, hot knife thingy. Bunch of tips. I've had the soldering iron version at work for a couple years. It's pretty handy. The tips are a little fiddly to swap out, and you can't store it in the box with a tip attached, but it's been reliable. You'll figure out where the exhaust is real quick too, only takes a couple times to figure out where NOT to put your finger. Hot knife works great for cutting Techflex wrap, even the abrasion resistant stuff. The spoon makes quick work of heat shrink tubing too. I've used it for in field solder repairs on through hole components on a PCB, out in the boonies. It's dooable, but it's far from ideal.

digital tire gages tested good by project farm

Thanks for spending my money, fuckers :flipoff2:

Ackshually, awesome timing - 2 digital tire gages died on me over the last year, & we have a sink that needs local water heating - you guys rock! :grinpimp:

Does it refill using regular small butane tanks?

Recommend for hogs?

Id put on one of my 5.56 ar’s
I could see my whole yard very very well, I didn't know ir/digital was even a thing. Real easy to use (4 buttons). Keep in mind this is the first optic I've purchased and have absolutely nothing to compare it too haha
