And the most mint tin top Samurai I have ever seen. Thing was cleaner than it came from the factory!

I assume that's some kind of Mexico licence plate?

Plate is a Kei Plate from Japan.
You can tell as it's yellow.
Also, this Samurai is a narrow body, another giveaway of the Kei version of it.
