What's new

Post up rare, custom, or just plain weird trucks!

There's a chevy similar to this down the road from me for I think 15k I believe it's 2wd I could get a pic and # if you want

It's not a Blazer Chalet, is it?

I like this all except the bumpers. Why wood? The only wood I want to see on a vehicle is a wood grain dash. (Maybe)
They are not wood, steel painted to look like wood but yeah, I'm not a fan of it either, chrome would be nicer.

For sure, snap a pic when you're drivin' by and post it up. Seems there's a few brands of small rv that are truck based from the mid 80's.

When ever I see a ad like that where they say it would make a great hot rod/retro/street rod, I think, yes it could be, if you wanted to dump a ton of money and work in it. I have no problem with a project like that, but the fact that you could dump a ton of money and work in it doesn’t make it worth more than a rust bucket.

Dude I worked and wheeled with is a blazer/surburban nut, (although his wheeler now is an LJ), and his brother is too. I guess Ray has been looking for a Chalet for 20+ years and finally got one, but he's too afraid to take it to Baja for the races, lest it get carjacked.

I know where one of those has been sitting in a shop for near 20 years. Doubt it has moved
