Every time when scheduling a visit I've asked for a specialist, and every time they refuse that, then the GP gets whatever the fuck I'm asking about dead wrong, but they'll sure refer me to the specialist that charges half as much for THEIR visit

My Dr is of Indian descent and is great. Even if he used to tell me I was too fat. A good Dr is like a good mechanic or a good bank. Hard to find but necessary.
 
I think a soldering iron will totally work. Or just cut that entire area of skin out.... it shouldnt grow back through scare tissue right?

Maybe send some poor me message to the doctor pimple popper lady. Shes hot and seems to know her shit. Bonus points because the tv show pays for your visit

doing more research on it there's a paper on doing the liquid nitrogen thing on herpes in peoples eyes (which apparently this shit will do bad things to your eyes) and they say it fixes the shit but it doesn't say if it stops it from coming back in a few months

I just can't find good answers on why it only affects the places that it does instead of just causing the blisters wherever.
If it is just in the affected area, it would make sense that burning it out would kill it off for good but I dunno, maybe it'd make it spread?

apparently like 80% of people have it somewhere on them

I just don't get how it knows to make the blisters in basically the exact same spots 3 months later
figured its some sorta thing growing in the specific spot, sorta like warts
 
Have you seen my poison ivy thread? It looked like that. My doc said the oils from the plant can linger on whatever objects, clothings, etc for over a year and you can still get it again by touching them. I got the same damn thing on the same spot of my foot last week. I suspect the plant oils were on my sandals.

Perhaps whatever you touched last time you touched again and got it...again.

This is true. Last year I had poison ivy on my feet multiple times until I scrubbed my Keens with dish soap.

Its on the control side of my tractor and has got me twice this year and now my wife. I simply can not talk sense to the wife about it, she seems to think there is some kind of magic or voodoo going on.



Her: I got it when I stepped in there(Woodpile).

Me: There's no poison ivy in there.

Her: But thats where I stepped and now I have it.

Me: You also claim you can get it when the wind blows(Which is idiotic as it would get in your lungs every time the wind blew and it would kill you).


I left the tractor outside for a month to let the weather and UV work on it and I still got it again in the same spot, right where my knee touches it if I turn in the seat a certain way. And yep, she was using the tractor before she got it on the same spot on her leg where I got it.

I wiped the whole damn tractor down with diesel and washed it two days later and its gone now.

it doesn't have the rash and swelling like the poison ivy, it just has the very small blisters that pop and leak clear fluid
the very last pic in the OP is what it looks like

@ trampas: they're def blisters and not warts, google says hpv makes warts, they went away completely in the interim, not even any scarring

actually looking closer at the picture I can see they're in slightly different locations, but the same distribution, just shifted about by about a half inch
I just can't think of what I'd be touching that'd hit those specific spots, especially the back side of the web of my thumb and my wrist right at the base of my thumb

I'm gonna call around tomorrow and see what a dermatologist would charge to look at it.

Really i think its poisen oak. I get it in the same places several times a year because they ar the areas exposed and susceptible. I wont get it on my hands so accasionally if i have to ill grab a piece to move it out of the way and a leaf will brush my forearm.... or ill be loading my arms full of firewood that at one time touched it.

I'd been using pit run sand before, but after breaking up the old footings from this house with my bare hands I think that might be a bad idea
picked up a $23 pickup truck load which was not enough to even make the overloads touch the slappers on the frame and that's all used up now
probably 1/3yd for 23 bucks that I had to haul, whereas a full dumptruck load of 12 yds is like 150?, that they haul and deliver...
they tell me that I'm scheduled for monday to get a load dropped off

I suppose that makes sense, I don't get bothered by fiberglass on my hands, but the backs of them and my forearms and wang are indeed bothered by it
Just gotta figure out what the hell I'm touching that's got the oil on it so I can douche it off with some gasoline

Alternative lifestyles are fine and all, but if you’re getting raw fiberglass on you junk you may want to ease up a bit.
