Unfortunately, he abused his power to show the screeching harpies that he can kneel on any neck he wants any time he wants. His petulance killed a decripit drug-addict hardcore violent felon, though, and that's against the Law, and a breach of the public trust.

We endow the Police with extraordinary privileges to enforce the Law, privileges which you and I do not and should not have. Should the Police abuse those privileges....
