It wouldn't at all surprise me to find that advanced civilizations develop ways to essentially download their consciousness into machine form. There has to be a way for something undefined within spacetime to exist/communicate outside of spacetime, where spacetime is the limited experience model that is spoken about. Else, we couldn't discuss it here. The ability to see "time" as something separate from "universe" (Reality) is the key.

Like electricity, the universe has more "magic" that we can not use today. Nuclear power is a joke compared.

Seriously. I've been with my wife for nearly 25 years now. If anything ever happened to her not only would I have no desire to date but I be a complete fish out of water. I'm completely clueless about the modern dating scene. No thanks.

Yep. I have never married. I was engaged once. I dated for awhile after I caught her cheating and every option i found was less than ideal. They all were just looking for a free ride so they could sit around and hit up other dudes or carrying a shit ton of baggage. I got my own problems i don't need to adopt yours too honey. About 3 years ago i stopped dating and looking all together. I dont regret it.
