If you're planning on utilizing a warranty you best just keep it 100% stock until the warranty is up. Warranties are basically the same as insurance. There's a shit ton of fine print and they're really good at weaseling out of covering anything.
Not sure if myself and my friends have been lucky or what but we have had 0 issue with warrenty and tsb work. They do look at me a little weird when I tell them not to fuck with anything in the computer or reprogram anything, because the way its configured is the only way my portals will work.

I went to school with kid who’s dad is the owner of a Ford dealership and I was actually in there today talking to him about this. and every Ford dealer will die on the hill that the reason the CP4 went bad is because you got bad fuel with water in it and they won’t, even remotely change their mind on that answer. I kind of pressed him on it and he said “you know from the Midwest to Denver you’re never gonna have a problem with fuel. It’s probably the ones in the southwest or they ain’t worried about freezing and a little more water and everything or something.” I mean, they will not budge on the fact it’s not their fault.
