Tapped and filed for a chevy brake line while it was apart. 28 hours to complete the brakes from mostly junk shit but have less than $200 in it.

Had this old tom woods driveshaft but it had the wrong yoke on one side so I cut a c6 slip yoke to slide into the old shaft.

Had some old jounce shocks I refused to use because I hated the way they mounted. Made some new brackets from .25 and .120 tube to go in the rear.

Honestly I'm relieved all the parts fit correctly.
What are zero degree c's? are those Dana 60 or Dana 44 sized c's on the rear axle?Rear-end needs skidplate,highsteer tied and slugs but it's close enough to mock up.
Loving the build so far. Can't wait to see more!!!
I think he means he built the axle with zero degrees of caster because it's a rear and not a front.

Ls truck accessory bracket was designed by a dipshit in a cubical and is too big. If you want good four link geometry and bumpstops that aren't sky high you gotta cut the bottom off. Doesn't make it any weaker doing this.

When you cut the accessory bracket you have to change the belt orientation to this.
