What's new

Local to you gas prices.

A few years back (forget how far) i did some searching and found they were paying $0.12 per gallon

Not so sure it's that low anymore
Even if it was that low they don't have the twelve cents to buy a gallon.

GOOGLE says:

As of July 18, 2024, the price of gasoline in Venezuela was $0.13 per gallon. Venezuela has some of the world's lowest gasoline prices due to its large domestic oil production. However, the price of premium gasoline has increased in recent years.

Venezuela has a dual-pricing system for gasoline, with a subsidized amount and an international price:
  • Subsidized amount: 2.3 cents per liter or 10 cents per gallon
  • International price: 50 cents per liter or $2.27 per gallon

About two-thirds of Venezuela's 1,500 service stations sell gas, with 500 selling at the subsidized price and 500 selling at the international price

Vermont to Oklahoma and back the last 8 days saw prices from 2.59 to 3.29

$2.99 for 87 this monday....first time under $3.00 in 4 years...

Went back to Costco after a trek the same week I posted. Between the time I posted and when I got gas to fill up the price went up (3 days) from $2.87 to $2.95 for the 87 regular. Interesting...

It's been going down 3~5 cents a week, every week, for about 2 months now. Just went down 2 days ago to 3.71 from 3.75 for the 87... i'm happy as shit to see it STAY under $4 for any length of time at all.

Predictions on price after / if DT lands in white hut for 2nd time ?
