I did go look at it but pussed out. The odo wasn't turning when driving so who knows the real miles, but is a decent buy for a mustang nerd (I'm not).
It’s worth that just for the engine and trans to swap into some cool old car .

Price check, aren't these usually pretty expensive?

2.3-16 Cosworth 190e :grinpimp:

I'd pick this over a similar vintage M3. I'd come a lot closer to being able to afford one too. $30K though , 10 years ago there were still decent examples for $5-8K.

Hot car, but over a e30 M3? No thanks. One of my dumber moments was selling my 4banger Mcar in the 90s.

Hauling gun cases. Theyre called shooting brakes for a reason. Maybe golf clubs if youre a fud.
Never heard that term. Thanks!

Shooting-brake (alternately spelled shooting break[2]: 20, 146 ) is a car body style which originated in the 1890s from horse-drawn carriage origins. The first automotive shooting brakes were manufactured in the early 1900s in the United Kingdom. The vehicle style became popular in England during the 1920s and 1930s, and was produced by vehicle manufacturers or as conversions by coachbuilders. The term was used in Britain interchangeably with "estate car" from the 1930s but has not been in general use for many years and has been more or less superseded by the latter term.[3][4][5][6][7]

Since the 1960s, the term has evolved, describing cars combining elements of both station wagon and coupé body styles, with or without reference to the historical usage for shooting parties.[8] During the 1960s and early 1970s, several high-end European manufacturers produced two-door shooting brake versions of their sports cars. Following a hiatus from the mid 1970s until the early 2010s, the shooting-brake body style entered a resurgence.

Oddly, I've always liked the 1800 SW better than the coupe.

Damn, that thing has a metric shit ton of bad ass parts on it for that kind of money! Tons, Trail Readys, Atlas transfer case, TVS supercharger, 6 speed manual, bad ass Fox shocks, 34k miles and wouldn't be all that hard to unfuck. Bumper and grill would be tossed in the dumpster behind the dealership on my way out and I'd sell the factory 1/2 doors for enough money to buy a hardtop and hard doors. Tires are :rainbow: too.

This guy sounds like a PITA:laughing: Also dont understand the cash only, but we gotta do it at the bank thing
