Maybe I'm out of bounds but I feel like that is low priced for its appeared condition.

Edit, just saw you wrote it seems like a steal. Agreed.

My guess is 15k. I have no actually idea how much they actually weigh.

With a bed and a shitter would it be an RV?
Might need a microwave or a sink as well (3 things from a list make it an RV in some states).
If you don't want to pull a semi trailer it might be easier to pass as an RV with a smaller 5th wheel plate on it.

So Mr "not for sale, I'm gonna fix it" finally kicked the bucket and his kids don't give a shit about his treasures

If that was within a couple hours I'd go get it...

Do buildings fucking lean like that there?
Crowned road + camera aligned to the truck instead of vertical with a little "smartphone camera trying to be wide angle and distorting shit" thrown in.

Or maybe the building is on the way down.

Somewhere there is a guy who is going to fully restore it.
Or "would have restored it if someone else didn't cut it up and destroy a piece of history" (it sounds like that is how the story usually goes when someone who would never realistically do a restoration complains about your project changing a "historical vehicle" into something that you want it to be, right Grendel and AlxJ64 ?).

Nobody cares what you do when you start with garbage.

It's when you buy a nice mostly nice rust free roller and start hacking it up to do a poor example of a build that people get annoyed.

Depends on the vehicle and because of the people who have hacked up nice vehicles, the assumption is that ALL of that particular rare machine will turn out "bubba-fied". Thats been my experience with modifying anything thats harder to find MV and even now the Vintage Power Wagons are becoming coveted in the stock form, despite the $350k resotmod trucks. Too many cut up running trucks that end up just becoming parts and scrap that people think they'll all end up that way.
