You could get a 350 cab and chassis 4x4 all day.
You could get an F350 SRW pickup 4x4 all day
You could not get an f-superduty 4x4 from Ford (a few kits were installed by dealers though)
IDK about dually pickups.

I ordered a '97 F350 CC DRW new and I was shocked when I was unable to get 4x4.
As a side note, back then Ford would print "Built specially for SFCJ8" on the window sticker. That was cool.

If it says F350 it is not FSD. They are literally just called F Super duty
And I think they were only available as regular cab C&C trucks.
