Exactly what it is.

About 15yrs ago when I was building my TJ I had a freakout moment thinking the company I bought the corner armor from fucked me and cut the taillight holes wrong. After measuring the holes 15 different ways I figured out the optical illusion deal but ended up installing a Swag Offroad drop down CJ style tailgate to get rid of the hinges that made the taillights look crooked because it drove me absolutely crazy!
